Northeastern University's Campaign Champions are a volunteer cohort of over 100 faculty and staff across 10 global campuses who drive the university's historic Experience Powered by Northeastern campaign, a fundraising initiative. This presentation was designed for a mid-year critical touchpoint where incoming champions are welcomed into the community and existing members receive a comprehensive briefing on progress, goals, and next steps.
I was responsible for designing the full presentation — synthesizing dense internal documents, paraphrasing key updates, and translating monetary figures, participation data, and community milestones into visual formats that are easily readable across a diverse audience. The presentation covers fall semester progress, shared campaign goals, financial updates, upcoming events, key observations, and stories from the term.
Working with discrete insider information — including community member details, monetary figures, and sensitive project updates — required utmost professionalism and care. Every data point, layout decision, and visual hierarchy was designed to make complex institutional information accessible and navigable while maintaining strict adherence to Northeastern's brand guidelines.
